During my time as a talent acquisition professional, I've had the opportunity to lead and be involved in very strategic and impactful projects that have yielded supurb business results. Below are highlights from a few of them.
Leadership Pipeline Creation
Project Owner
Led collaboration and strategy for the creation of an internal system to store and organize top leadership talent being found by an elite, cross functional recruitment team at Meta. This resulted in a compliant system which is searchable and filterable, storing thousands of qualified leadership candidates found over the years, supporting 5 separate technical pillars.

Additional expected impact includes faster time to fill, quicker calibration times for recruiting/sourcing teams, and improved knowledge transfer when new team members onboard.

DEI Playbook
Key Contributor
Partnered with lead DEI team member and Talent Acquisition Manager to create an in depth DEI playbook to help a global manufacture implement short and long term strategies to increase the percentage of underrepresented groups in leadership across the company and drive DEI to the core of the company. This included developing strategic partnerships with universities, teaching how to be intentional when targeting diverse talent, and implementin bias free recruitment processes.

This project resulted in multiple partnerships with HBCU programs, a 75% increase in underrepresented candidates in our pipelines, an overall increase in the number of underrepresented candidates that received offers, and a legacy strategy to be creative and inclusive when targeting diverse talent.

Creation of Sourcing Function
Project Owner
Was brought in as the first Sourcer in the history of a 100 year old global manufacturer. Tasked to develop an in depth sourcing strategy to integrate seamlessly into an existing recruitment process. Developed parameters around the function, candidate workflows that intersect with recruiters, and training sessions to help full cycle recruiters improve their sourcing skills.

My function proved to increase representation of qualified candidates for targeted roles (typically leadership or unique skillsets), and significantly reduced time to fill.
